A Pointe Shoe fitting is a very specialized fitting requiring training, knowledge and attention to detail from the fitter as the dancers well being depends on a proper fit. A trained fitter must perform the fitting and works with the dancer one-on-one to ensure the best and proper fit. At Gabie’s our fitters go through extensive training and we make sure we have the best brands and the styles that dancers will feel confident and beautiful dancing in. 

WHAT TO BRING: We ask each dancer wear a pair of convertible tights to their fitting. Make sure toe nails are trimmed back and if the dancer has had shoes previously please bring them along with anything they wore with them.

AT YOUR FITTING : You’ll work one-on-one with your fitter to find the best shoes for you. We’ll do a foot analysis and for first time dancers go step by step through the process with you. For dancers who have had shoes before we’ll see how you wore your previous pair and make suggestions from your feedback.
