Store Policies

The following is applicable to orders that are placed in store, by email, telephone or online order for shipment or curbside pick up:

We'll gladly exchange or return for refund any regular priced shoes or garments within 14 days of receiving your purchase when in unused, original condition, tags attached with your printed receipt.

Returns purchased online or return by mail:

Include a copy of your order in the package. This information allows us to identify the sender and process the return. Package your return in a box or envelope and securely seal it. Be sure to cover up any old shipping labels or barcodes. Returns must be sent with parcel tracking.

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

  • All shoes worn with bare feet (FootUndeez, Dance Paws, all turning shoes)
  • All tights
  • Training tools 
  • Accessories
  • Socks
  • Undergarments (body stocking and bras included)
  • Custom made or special order items
  • Gift items
  • Make-up
  • Hair accessories
  • Holiday seasonal items
  • Jewelry
  • PPE (masks and face covers)
  • Gift Cards
  • Clearance items

Clearance Items:
Clearance Items are considered any items ending in .99. 

Pointe Shoes:
Pointe shoes must be unworn, without ribbons or elastics sewn on, in the original packaging with the receipt. Toe pads and fitting accessories are all Final Sale.

Special Orders
If there is an item you are looking for that we do not carry we will be happy to bring it in for you as a special order. Please note that all special orders are a final sale, there is no exchange or store credit, and all special order items must be paid in full before the order will be placed.
