Store Policies


Returns for items purchased IN STORE or ONLINE to be returned in store:

We'll gladly exchange or return for refund any regular priced shoes or garments within 14 days of your purchase. The items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging/box, have the tags attached and your printed receipt. For online orders that were mailed the packing slip is acceptable as your receipt.

Returns for items purchased ONLINE to be returned by mail:

Please note that for items to qualify for a refund the merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and have the tags attached.

Please contact the store with how you would like to proceed with your refund prior to mailing your parcel; you can call the store at 905-830-1420 or email 

For online orders we offer two options for returns:

  1. You can return in-person in store where the money is refunded back to the original return method instantly (as long as merchandise meets the above return policy standards). Please bring the card used for the original online order.
  1. You can mail in your return using the shipping method of your choice (you are responsible for the price of shipping, and we do highly suggest a tracked option), where we process your refund once we receive the merchandise and can verify it meets the return policy standards. Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return for the refund to show up on your account. The shipping address for returning merchandise is:

Shipped Web Orders will have 14 days for exchange, store credit or refund from the DELIVERY DATE of the parcel.

You will receive a call to confirm we have issued the refund when we obtain your parcel and have confirmed it meets the return policy standards.

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned by mail:

  • All shoes worn with bare feet (FootUndeez, Dance Paws, all turning shoes)
  • All tights
  • Training tools 
  • Accessories
  • Socks
  • Undergarments (body stocking and bras included)
  • Custom made or special order items
  • Gift items
  • Make-up
  • Hair accessories
  • Holiday seasonal items
  • Jewelry
  • PPE (masks and face covers)
  • Gift Cards

Clearance items

Clearance Items ending in .99 are final sale. (Example: $29.99, $59.99)

Pointe Shoes:

Pointe shoes must be unworn, without ribbons or elastics sewn on, in the original packaging with the receipt. Toe pads and fitting accessories are all Final Sale.

Special Orders:

If there is an item you are looking for that we do not carry we will be happy to bring it in for you as a special order. Please note that all special orders are a final sale, there is no exchange or store credit, and all special order items must be paid in full before the order will be placed.
