I bought these after being recommended by a bunch of my dance peers + dance teacher. She swore by them so I thought I would give them a shot being that I have been a tapper for a few years and wanted a long lasting shoe now that I have stopped growing. I've been in them for a month and so far I am happy! I'd recommend half size to a full size bigger - get fitted at a Gabie's location if you can. The sound quality on these is an improvement from my previous pair of tap shoes and I cant wait to break them in even more.
Just a reminder these are a professional tap shoes and will take time (potentially months) to break in. They are heavy duty at first!
I purchased the Black versions of these when I started taking my adult tap class fall of 2022. I ended up purchasing them in white when I saw Gabie's brought in a size run. They are just GORGEOUS and classy!
For those looking to purchase these I recommend going a full size up, they fit small in my opinion. They are also significantly narrow compared to the Capezio Roxy's!
