Pointe Shoe Decorating Contest: Customers can bring in 3 non-perishable food items to either Gabie’s location Saturday November 2nd & Sunday November 3rd and we’ll trade them for a So Danca Pointe Shoe to decorate (maximum of 2 shoes per family). Customers can take their shoe home and decorate it any way they like. They then bring it back to the store by November 23rd when they drop it off they will receive a ballot to win a pair of tickets to a local Nutcracker performance (Newmarket York Dance Academy at NewRoads Performing Arts Center, Barrie Just 4 Kicks at Gravenhurst Opera House). We will also be doing an in-store and online voting November 25th to December 1st. There will be 3 categories

• Mini: age 6 & under
• Junior: age 7-12
• Open: age 13+

Winners from each category will win a $45 Gabie’s Gift Certificate in celebration of our 45th Anniversary Season. Customers can then pick up their decorated pointe shoe between December 27th and January 5th

When you give a customer a shoe(s) please make sure to mark them on the sheet with their first and last name and email so that we can send them a reminder to bring their shoes in!
